Tata Steel is planning to double current capacity of its wires unit in India . Currently, the company produces four lakh tonne of wires across its three units in the country, present in Tarapore, Indore and Jamshedpur. It plans to increase the capacity to 8.0 lakh tonnes and also increase its market share from current 14% to 28.
