Singhal Strips Ltd was originally incorporated as Singhal Strips Pvt Ltd (SSPL) in 1988. It is engaged in the manufacturing of Cold Rolled (CR) sheet/strips [both Mild Steel (MS) and Stainless Steel (SS)] and trading of CR sheet/strips. The trading business has accounted for approximately 55% of the total operating income in FY14 (refers to the period April 1 to March 31). The manufacturing facility of the company is located at Rohtak, Haryana, with an installed capacity of 39,400 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) as on March 31, 2015.
The products manufactured by the company find application in various industries such as automobile, ball bearing, home appliances/furnishing, etc. The company sources its raw material, i.e, Hot Rolled (HR) SS coils mainly from suppliers, viz, Tata Steel Ltd, Jindal Stainless Ltd, etc
