Anajni Steels Ltd. was registered with ROC Kanpur on 4th May 1994 as Private Limited Company, to enter into Steel & Power business later on company shifted its Registered Office at New Delhi and converted into Public Limited Company in 2008. The company established in 1996-97, a fully automatic rolling mill at SIDA, Sathariya, Distt- Jaunpur (U.P.). The mill produced all steel structure related to building material like Angles, Channels, Rods & TMT Bars in the Brand Name of RADHE. The product of the company is awarded ISO certification 9001, 14001, 18001 & ISI certifications. The company supplied their product to all the State Government undertakings, like PWD, UPRNN Ltd, Bridge Corporation, ADA, LDA, Railway etc, which are engaged in the construction activity and in open market. However, Rolling mill at Sathariya, UP has been halved off to the other family members as a part of partition agreement with effect from 26th December, 2009.
