Daiki Aluminum – a Japanese based aluminum recycler has set up a recycling facility in Sricity near Chennai in Andhra Pradesh. The project has been set up in domestic tariff centre in Special Economic Zone. The new facility will be set up in an area spread across 20 acres and will entail an investment of ₹2,500 million.
It will have a processing capacity of 84,000 tpa of recycled aluminum ingots. As of January 2019, the company has laid foundation stone for the project.
