VSB was incorporated on July 11, 2017. VSB took over an entity engaged in the manufacturing of steel products, Aarti Impex, on slump sale basis in July-2019. The unit had one old rolling mill for manufacturing of industrial rounds and a single furnace. VSB took over all assets & liabilities of Aarti Impex and undertook the expansion of this unit by enhancing existing capacities for melting and rolling and adding facilities for casting and manufacturing of new products. The manufacturing operations are now being carried out under VSB through a single manufacturing facility in Ludhiana, Punjab with a manufacturing capacity of 227520 Metric tonnes per annum (MTPA). At the unit, VSB is currently engaged in the manufacturing of various steel products like industrial rounds, billets and wires. VSB belongs to a Ludhiana based Group that has a presence of around three decades in various industries like poultry and iron & steel. The company is engaged in
