Avon Steel Industries Private Limited (ASIPL) was initially incorporated as a public limited company in 1999 as Avon Ispat & Power Limited. In May 2014, the Hot Rolled Strip Division of Avon Ispat & Power Ltd. demerged from it and merged into Avon Ispat Private Ltd and later renamed as Avon Steel Industries Private Limited. The company is engaged into manufacturing of Hot-rolled coils and steel tubes. The company has installed capacity of 3,25,000 MTPA for HR coils and 1,02,000 MTPA for steel tubes respectively, as on March 31, 2022 at Ludhiana, Punjab.
