About the Company :
TCL, engaged in the business of manufacturing of investment castings, was established in October 2004 as an export oriented unit and a wholly owned subsidiary of Investment & Precision Castings Ltd. (IPCL). In 2009, upon family partition, Tamboli Capital Ltd. (TCap) was demerged from IPCL and TCap was constituted as a holding company of TCL. TCL currently does not have any exposure or linkage with IPCL and both companies operate independently of each other. TCL has a total installed capacity of 600 Metric Tonne Per Annum (MTPA) of castings as on March 31, 2014 at its unit located in Bhavnagar.
