Shriniwas Engineering Auto Components Private Limited (SEACO) incorporated in December 2005 is promoted by Mr. G. S. Kale. SEACO is engaged in the manufacturing of automotive components for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) like Tata Motors Limited (TML), Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), John Deere, JCB, Daimler India, Sonalika International etc. The business is structured under two divisions: the Foundry division and the Machining division, which is supported by a well equipped manufacturing infrastructure spread across three locations at Pune, Maharashtra (at Talegaon, Maval and Talwade) and one at Rudrapur, Uttaranchal.

The product range of the company comprises of products including cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, gearbox housing, valve body, axle casing. The foundry division is based out of Talegaon, Pune and has an installed capacity of 1.20 lakh metric tonnes (MT) of grey and ductile iron castings per year. The company has setup its machining units in Pune and Rudrapur, which provides engineering base for the process development and manufacturing in the area of precision machining and assembling. The manufacturing facility (Talegaon) of the SEACO has been awarded with Mega Project status from State Government of Maharashtra in the year 2008.
