About the Company :
Seven Star Steels Ltd, a part of Bathwal Corp was incorporated in 2005 in Jharsuguda, with seven partners of the newly formed company. Hence the name “Seven Star”.
In November 2006, Bathwal Corporation took over the company by way of transfer of shares of all the seven partners thereby taking over the management and operations of the company.
In 2012 the company was the first ever Sponge Iron company in the world to be awarded ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 all together.
