About the Company :
MSEL was incorporated in 1943 as Sayaji Iron & Engineering Co. Ltd. for the manufacturing of material handling equipment mainly crushers and screens having applications in coal, cement, mining, power and other allied industries. The company was promoted by Patel family with manufacturing facilities located at Vadodara, Gujarat. In FY09, MBEL of Williamson Magor Group acquired 87% stake in MSEL.
Crushers and screens of various sizes are standardized and well established products of MSEL. Apart from this, MSEL also manufactures project specific special equipment for material handling. Standard equipment contributed around 68% of total sales for FY08 and revenue from spares comprising around 20% of total sales.
