About the Company :

Noble Tech Industries Private Limited (NTIPL) was originally incorporated as VKG Steel & Energy Limited in September 2004 by erstwhile promoters Mr Vinod Kumar Garg and Mrs Sangita Garg to setup an integrated steel plant for manufacture of Mild Steel (MS) Structurals. In 2007, UAE based Noble group acquired the company and changed the name to the present form in July 2009. NTIPL commenced commercial production in September 2005 by commissioning its first sponge iron unit with an installed capacity of 30,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) in Kancheepuram district. Other facilities of the integrated plant were commissioned in the next few years in stages. As on March 31, 2013 NTIPL has installed capacity of 90,000 TPA of sponge iron, 1,54,440 TPA of Billets and 1,08,000 TPA of MS Structural.

NTIPL also has an 8MW captive power plant (CPP). NTIPL is part of the UAE based Noble group promoted by Mr Shahul Ameed, an Abu Dhabi based businessman with more than 30 years of experience in the steel trading business in Middle East, UAE, USA and East Asian countries. He is also chairman of the group and his wife, Mrs Ammena Begum owns 64% stake in NTIPL. Remaining stake is held by Naapraj Commercials Pvt. Ltd, a group company. Two of the directors, Mr Mohamed Abdulla and Mr Basheer Mohamed are involved in management of the day to day operations of the company, assisted by a well experienced management team.

During FY13, the company registered a PAT of Rs.0.2 crore on a total operating income of Rs.438.1 crore. And during 9MFY14 the company registered PBT of Rs.1.1 crore on a total operating income of Rs.339.7 crore
