About the Company :
Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) A Govt. of India Enterprises, was set up in 1976 at Hyderabad with the objective of proving the nation self reliance in strategic materials. In March 2016, the company is planning to expand its manufacturing facility with a hot plate mill with dividing/crop shear, hot/cold leveller, cooling bed with exit roller. It has invited expression of interest bids to develop the project.
In July 2018 the company had commissioned a 4 MW solar power plant in Hyderabad with an investment of Rs. 206 million.
In September 2019, the company is setting up offices in Dubai and Europe and also warehouses in Dubai and Netherlands. The new move will reach potential markets with the materials and also get global certification for critical products like titanium, nickel and high temperature alloys
