About the Company :

MCCIPL incorporated in 2004, was promoted by Shri Pradeep Bharadwaj. In June 2010 Shri Ram Chandra Rungta took over the company and is currently managing the operations of the company along with his two sons Shri Alok Rungta and Shri Abhishek Rungta. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of sponge iron at its plant located in Ramgarh, Jharkhand with an installed capacity of 90,000 MTPA. Other companies belonging to the RC Rungta group are Jharkhand Ispat Pvt Ltd , engaged in the manufacturing of sponge iron and MS Billets and Aloke Steels Industries Pvt Ltd engaged in the manufacturing of sponge iron. The group has also formed Joint Ventures to carry on coal mining and handling activities for Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd (MCL) and other players.

MCCIPL is currently being managed by Shri RC Rungta and his two sons Shri Alok Rungta and Shri Abhishek Rungta. The Board of Directors comprise of two members (Shri Alok Rungta and Shri Parsu Ram Singh). During FY14 (refers to the period April 1 to March 31), MCCIPL earned a PBILDT of Rs.7.93 crore (Rs.5.36 crore in FY13) and a PAT of Rs.1.43 crore (Rs.0.64 crore in FY13) on total operating income of Rs.96.42 crore (Rs.48.08 crore in FY13). As per the provisional FY15 results, MCCIPL earned a PBT of Rs.2.49 crore on a total operating income of Rs.90.95 crore
