About the Company :
Kalinga Sponge Iron Ltd was incorporated in October, 2000 and started commercial production in July, 2004. It has sponge iron and ingot manufacturing facilities of 60,000 tonne per annum (TPA) and 30,000 TPA, respectively in the Sundargarh district of Orissa. However, the ingot manufacturing facility of KSIL has been shut down since October 2010.
