IND Synergy (formerly Ind Agro Synergy) sold its Soya business to Adani Wilmar on the day of 7th June 2008. This decision was taken to remain focus in its sprawling business of Steel and Power. With huge mining assets of over couple of billion dollars, the promoters are now focusing in their mining and metal industries. Ind synergy has mines of Iron Ore, Coal, Zinc, Manganese etc. It has its Iron and Steel manufacturing facility in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh where it also generates Power from Waste gases.
