Divya Jyoti Sponge Iron Pvt Ltd, DSPL), incorporated in the year 2004, is engaged in manufacturing sponge iron through the Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) route . The company manufactures sponge iron through two DRI kilns of total annual capacity of 60,000 M.T. The production facility is located at Mejhia in the Bankura district of West Bengal. DSPL has also set up a Steel Melting Shop (SMS) of 74,000 M.T annual capacity for the manufacture of steel billets.
