Binjusaria Metal Box Co. Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1985 and the company has its composite steel mill located at Gaganpahad, a suburb of Hyderabad. It produces TMT rebars across a range of diameters from 8 mm to 32 mm with ISI 1786 certificate. As a backward integration process, the company had installed 2 Medium Frequency Induction Furnaces of ABB make, having 3 MT & 4 MT production capacity per pouring, to ensure quality right from the raw material stage. The main raw materials used for the manufacturing of M.S. Ingots are Heavy Commercial Scrap, Sponge Iron, Cast Iron and Ferro Alloys.
