About the Company :
HKMPL is primarily engaged in producing sponge iron and power generation. It has a capacity to produce 110,000 tons of sponge iron and 12 MW of power annually, at its facility in the Koppal district of Karnataka. The company was incorporated in January 2005. Mr. Sandeep Agarwal, who is the Chairman and Managing Director, acquired the Company from the erstwhile promoters and set up the sponge iron plant. HKMPL commenced commercial operation of sponge iron and diversified into power generation in 2009-10.
