About the Company :
Eastern Steels & Power Limited (ESPL) was incorporated in 2004 and commenced commercial production in the second half of 2006-07. The manufacturing unit of ESPL is located at Jharsuguda, Orissa. Subsequently TPSPL has acquired the company from the erstwhile promoters in September, 2008. ESPL has been merged with Times Power & Steel Pvt Ltd with effect from April 1, 2009.
