JSW Steels is planning to set up a tinplate mill in Tarapur in Maharashtra. The company will invest over ₹ 4190 million towards the project.
The new plate mill will have a capacity of 0.25 million tpa. With this expansion programme, the company’s total tinplate mill production capacity will be 6.0 lakh tpa.
