Kuber Casting Pvt Ltd is a Punjab-based company incorporated in 2004. The company is promoted by Mr Vishal Sahi, Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Mr Hemant Kumar and Mr Bahadur Chand Sahi. The company is engaged in the forging and casting of steel ingots (both alloy and non-alloy) and metal rolls. The product portfolio of the company comprises diversified products like kiln tyres, full gears, mill stands, mill head, ladle paw, etc.

The final products of the company are used as machinery parts and products in different industries such as sponge iron plants, cement plants, sugar mills, rolling mills and various other castings. The company is also engaged in the trading of imported steel scrap. The company has its manufacturing unit located in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, with aggregate installed capacity of 21,600 metric tonnes per annum as on March 31, 2015. The manufacturing processes of the company are ISO 9001:2008 certified. The company procures the key raw material, ie, steel scrap primarily from overseas markets including South Africa, Kuwait, Dubai and Mauritius. The imports accounted for around 59% of the total purchases during FY14 (88% in FY13).

The company sells the manufactured products to various capital goods manufacturers in the domestic market. The company has two group associates, viz, Prayag Steel Rolling Mills and Aditya Steel Rolling Mills engaged in the similar business activities
