Goa Sponge and Power plans rolling mill at Sanguem

Goa Sponge and Power plans to expand its steel mill in Sanguem in Goa. The project involves expanding the steel mill with addition of rolling mill with a capacity of 425 tpd. It will produce steel billets. It may be noted, the company has an existing sponge iron plant with a capacity of 90000 tpa and a captive power plant of 8.0 MW.
