About the Company :
Pushp Steels was set up by the Jain Group, having diversified business interests with sound financial capabilities. The company was established as a SPV aimed at backward integration of the promoter’s business interests and to add maximum value to the minerals through manufacturing of special steel used in Automotive Exhaust Systems complying to Euro-IV and Euro V emission norms.
Pushp’s subsidiary namely Indian Steel & Power Private Limited is already into manufacturing of Sponge Iron at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. It was taken over by Pushp in year 2008 as a pilot plant for research and development of steel making activities.
The company is setting up its greenfield Integrated Steel Plant for a capacity of 0.42 million tones along with captive power, special steel melting and Automotive Components manufacturing facilities at Borai Industrial Growth Centre, Durg, Chhattisgarh.
