Bhaskar Steel and Ferro Alloys Pvt Ltd is planning to expand its steel plant in Badtumkela in Sundergarh district of Odisha. The project involves expanding steel plant capacity from 0.10 mtpa to 0.26 mtpa which includes increasing sponge iron capacity from 96000 tpa to 144000 tpa, rolling mill capacity from 100,000 tpa to 260,000 tpa, captive power plant of 18 MW.
