Hindustan Zinc Ltd is planning to expand its zinc smelter unit in Dariba Smelter Complex in Rajsamand district of Rajasthan. The project involves expanding zinc smelter capacity from 0.25 mtpa to 0.5 mtpa, lead smelter capacity from 0.125 mtpa to 0.25 mtpa, captive power plant capacity from 170 MW to 255 MW.
